AstroPeak Pier Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by AstroPeak (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to individuals who:
  •  Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry 
  •  Are able to legally enter into a binding contract 
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
Begins: April 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM (MT)
 Ends: June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM (MT)
All entries must be received (online) or postmarked (mail-in) by the deadline.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter using one of the following methods:
A. Online Entry (Primary Method)
  •  Scan the QR code and submit your email address 
  •  By entering online, participants consent to receive marketing emails from AstroPeak 
  •  Consent is not required to enter via the mail-in method 
B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE – Mail-In Entry)
To enter without signing up online, participants may:
  •  Mail a handwritten or typed letter stating their intent to enter the AstroPeak Pier Giveaway 
  •  Include full name and a valid email address (or other contact method)

Additional Requirements:
  •  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the entry deadline 
  •  Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry 
  •  Mail-in entries will be treated equally to online entries 
5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or subscription is required to enter or win.
 Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
6. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive:
  •  One (1) Small Pier Reservation at AstroPeak 
  •  Duration: 12 months 
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,788 (based on standard monthly pricing of $149/month).
ARV does not include optional upgrades, shipping costs, or additional services.
7. Prize Conditions & Limitations
  •  Prize applies specifically to a small pier rental 
  •  Winner may upgrade by paying the difference in cost 
  •  Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash 
  •  Sponsor will cover standard setup and teardown fees associated with the prize 
8. Winner Responsibilities
Winner is responsible for:
  •  Transporting or shipping equipment to and from AstroPeak 
  •  Complying with all AstroPeak operational and technical requirements 
Standard support policies apply. Additional services beyond standard support may incur fees.
9. Winner Selection & Notification
  •  Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries 
  •  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received 
  •  Winner will be notified using the contact information provided 
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner will be announced on or about June 5, 2026.
10. Prize Claim Requirements
  •  Winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification 
  •  Failure to claim within this timeframe may result in disqualification 
Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.
11. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
12. Marketing & Communication Consent
  •  Online entrants agree to receive AstroPeak email communications 
  •  Mail-in entrants will not be automatically subscribed 
  •  Participants may unsubscribe at any time 
13. Publicity Release
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
14. Disqualification & Conduct
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who:
  •  Violates these Terms & Conditions 
  •  Tampers with the entry process 
  •  Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive behavior 
15. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AstroPeak from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the giveaway or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Force Majeure / Right to Modify
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
17. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Winner List Request
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 60 days of the winner announcement.
